Return the event dedicated to the valorisation of one of the Abruzzo typical dish: arrosticini.
Eaten during all seasons, Arrosticini are appreciated even outside the Italian borders.
The most important producers will join a quest over three nights event to win the first prize and the title of “the gold Arrosticino company.”
A jury composed of local experts will evaluate cutting, cooking, taste and many other elements of the art of preparing the most famous “cippittelli” in Italy.
The medieval village of Crecchio will host this fantastic event whilst giving the opportunity to local wine producers to join with their stand and offer free tastes of the Bacco nectar.
During the course of the event, a small open-air museum will be setup as well: streets will be strewn with contemporary works of art, created by emerging and established artists in the area.
